Over 600 graduates celebrated their academic achievements and a significant milestone in their lives with their fellow classmates, teachers, families and friends at the 213th Faculty Congregation held on 1 December 2024 in the Grand Hall of the HKU Centennial Campus. Professor Xiang Zhang, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University, the presiding officer of the Ceremony, conferred the degrees upon the graduands. Gracing the event as the Guest of Honour was Ambassador George Hara, Group Chairman and CEO, DEFTA Partners and Chairman of Board, Alliance Forum Foundation, who delivered an address on the occasion.
