The Faculty Prize Presentation Ceremony was held on 13 February 2025 to honour the outstanding achievements of faculty in teaching, research, knowledge exchange, and clinical services, as well as to recognise students for their academic accomplishments and contributions to the community. A total of 530 prizes were awarded, and the Ceremony was attended by nearly 500 prize winners, presenters, and distinguished guests. Professor Chak-sing Lau, Vice-President & Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Health) and Dean of Medicine, expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the dedication and accomplishments of the winners and acknowledged the valued and continuous support from donors. 學院頒獎典禮於2025年2月13日舉行，旨在表彰教職 員和研究人員在教學、研究、知識交流及臨床服務方 面的傑出成就，並表揚學生在學術和社區貢獻方面的 卓越表現。今年共頒授530個獎項，並有近500名得 獎者、頒獎嘉賓和來賓出席典禮。副校長（健康）兼醫 學院院長劉澤星教授對得獎者的卓越成就及無私貢獻 表示高度讚賞，並感謝贊助人的慷慨捐獻及持續支持。 Following the Prize Presentation Ceremony, the Faculty hosted its Spring Reception on the same evening, attended by nearly 400 guests, donors, honorary teachers, staff, alumni, students and friends, to celebrate the Year of the Snake. After New Year greetings and sharing by some HKUMed undergraduates, Professor Chak-sing Lau, Vice-President & Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Health) and Dean of Medicine, delivered welcoming remarks and invited Professor Leung Suet-yi, Faculty Board Chair of HKUMed and members of the Senior Management Team of HKU, including Professor Richard Wong Yue-chim, Professor Gong Peng and Professor Ian Holliday, to join him in a toast.
